Yoga for Arthritis

All classes are performed in bare feet. 

Please wear comfortable clothing (normal gym gear is perfect).  Overly baggy T-Shirts and pants are not desirable as they can hinder your movement.

Always bring a rug for deep relaxation and during the warmer weather, you might like to bring a bottle of water to keep hydrated but please - only sipping!

A Yoga sticky mat is highly recommended.  These can be purchased from Jo for $28.00 each.

Please ensure mobile phones are switched off during class times.

Please inform Jo of any recent physical or medical conditions before class.  Likewise it is important that Jo is aware of any pregnancies.

Please allow at least 2 hours after eating a full meal or 1 hour after a snack before attempting yoga practice.
